Dirty, noisy, smelly - there's not much more to say...
Swiss Chalet was next door. WiFi access.
The carpet was filthy and worn out. The mattress on the bed was thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were flimsy. One light was broken over at the socket (looked dangerous). The furniture in the room was covered in cigarette burns. I stayed for two nights. When I left to go out the first full day I was there (and my room needed to be cleaned), I had to put my luggage in the trunk of my car as they leave the doors wide open after they clean to air out the cigarette smoke. The clientele, though some were obviously travelers, was sketchy to say the least. It was like a flop house. It is a bit of a drive from downtown Kitchener. Expensive for what it is.
I found the lady at the front desk to be very pleasant...she was always smiling and was very very nice... this was the start to a great night there...so thank you for this.... she was also very helpful on the phone to give me great directions!! thank you!!!
I found everything was great!! no complaints at all :)
I had read reviews that were very negative and I was quite apprehensive, but the hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. It was also very good value for the money and the staff was nice. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Convenient. Ok for a place to study at night and got a good sleep all 5 nights.
Backpacker Motel, price was okay for this area and Motel.
the bed was really confortable and clean
carpet was a bit old and there was a hole around the pipe under the sink no ironing board or iron
It was clean.
No coffee supplied in room. We like a coffee maker and supplies in our room.
Excellent reception especially Diane
Location and price
aqir condition did not work
The location was great and the outside look nice.
The room where way to dirty and old looking.
Despite bad internet reviews, my room was clean, the staff was very nice and the hotel was quiet and comfortable.
It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a good value for the money. I would stay there again for a couple of days as it I conveniently located.
I didnt like anything, the fridge leaked water on the carpet, the bathroom was cold and fan very noisy, the bed gave me a back ache, all the heat did was blow the window drape up into a ball, not a very good experience 3 days and my back is still sore. Please forward this on to the hotel,
Sid Sr taking care of us
Nothing really, for the money, it was better than we thought
